The fresh water pool is one of the largest condominium resort pools on the island. Other resort amenities include Jacuzzi, sauna, tennis courts, putting green, croquet field, volleyball, shuffleboard, exercise room, BBQs and a large, hot spa bath.

All living and sleeping areas are air conditioned, but ceiling fans and fresh breezes naturally cool the unit.
Golf at nearby Wailea, Makena and Silver wood courses and enjoy windsurfing, surfing, snorkeling, and whale watching.
